The vanity of human nature will also make me a little complacent, but that's only a moment. I know my level very well, and that's all I can do.
I don't know when it started, but a belief has been stubbornly occupying my mind. That is: how can we only live for a lifetime? It is always good to know more. Because of this obsession, I never stopped reading, in all aspects. Never bored. Some don't even ask for a solution. Year after year, I'm afraid it won't change in my life because my stubborn career has become my character. But it's good, so I won't change it.
Now, I am very busy and my heart is impetuous. So many books seem to be endless. It seems that there is a lot less time and more books. I'm deeply sorry, too. Only do your best. This is why I always feel that time is not enough. It's no good always living on one's laurels. The inventory in my mind still needs to be replenished. Therefore, after reflection, we should continue reading and encourage ourselves.
Sometimes people ask me questions about books, some of which I really can't answer. Because what I know is what I like better. I may not pay attention to what others like. Let me recommend some books. I'm embarrassed, too Everyone has a different reading tendency. What I like may not be liked by others. It's a struggle from time to time. Someone borrowed my book to read. I'm glad to borrow it, but I don't know what to borrow. Reading really varies from person to person.
Because of the accumulation of reading, because of the input of reading, there will naturally be endless words and endless content. So, I wrote a lot of books. And from 1995 to today's XX year, there are 23 diaries in 17. These are treasures that I will never change. People always say that I love reading, but I am really a hypocrite. Hello everyone! First of all, thank you very much for your support. I can come to class this morning. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart! To tell the truth, I'm not afraid of everyone laughing. Thirteen years, I have only had three multimedia classes, which should be regarded as media blindness!
Today's class, according to my own summary, in the unconscious process, I realized that this was a failed class. I participated in Unit 3, Oral Communication in China Gardens 3. Exercise! During the whole process, I reported the lesson of natural revelation in this group. I define it as a lecture, which is divided into three parts in the course of preparing lessons: first, introduction, mainly reviewing the lessons taught before, consolidating students' mastery and digestion, letting students know what is the revelation of nature, what nature reveals, how we should feel the close relationship between nature and life, and how to understand the way of nature. In the course of class, use the words of bats and radars and a series of pictures to enlighten students, knowing that installing radars on airplanes is inspired by nature. The second part shows the model essay, which is inspired by observing pictures, so that students can find and comment on teachers, from discovery to understanding to mastery. The third part is to let students try to finish their oral homework, and the teacher will guide them.
Then during the whole class, I basically finished the content of class design, but I also know that I lack the knowledge of this multimedia here, so I made a little mistake in the courseware, and I was a little annoyed with the definition of this class, which led to insufficient preparation, just like I didn't point out what the topic of this class was. I went straight in ... and I felt a little messy in class! Did not mobilize students' thinking ability and classroom atmosphere. In addition, it is not enough to guide students to look at pictures, the analysis is not clear enough, there is no center and no focus, the classroom arrangement is improper, the time is tight, and the class is in a hurry. It should be an assembly line classroom!
There is a saying that teachers should not just fix themselves as a bucket of water, but as an endless stream of water. Only in this way can they constantly impart their knowledge and ability to students and help them solve their doubts. In the future teaching process, I will be more open-minded, work harder and learn to strengthen my quality and ability. Secondly, by studying this book, I thought of a knowledge point in career development and management research, that is, external career and internal career.

Inner occupation refers to the integration of knowledge, ideas, experience, ability, psychological quality, inner feelings and other factors in the course of our occupation and its change.

The inner career is mainly obtained by continuous learning, exploration and accumulation. It is not automatically acquired with the acquisition of a foreign occupation, nor is it automatically lost with the loss of a foreign occupation. Once acquired, it is the wealth of your life.
If a person's internal and external career can go hand in hand and complement each other, then he will often feel smooth sailing and prosperous in his work. However, if a person's internal career is obviously ahead of his external career, he is prone to feel incompetent, emotional, complaining and lacking motivation at work.
