2. Note: Readers can use their free time when the library is not concentrated, or they can use free seats without making an appointment. However, someone else has made an appointment during the use of the seat, and the person who made the appointment has the right to use the seat first. Current users should give up their seats. In order to avoid time conflict when using seats, it is suggested to reserve seats in advance or determine the use time through on-site seat selection.

Second, the appointment rules

1. Reservation space: the table on the second floor to the sixth floor of the library ***4 130 seats can be reserved.

2. Appointment time: Reservation of seats for the next day or the same day starts at 20:00 the day before.

3. Seats can be reserved: 7: 00-22: 00 every day.

4. Appointment frequency and duration: 0.5-5 hours each time, up to 3 times a day, and no more than 15 hours a day.

5. Continuous reservation: When you reserve the same seat continuously on the same day, you only need to sign in at the beginning and sign out when you leave the library, but you must use the seat according to the rules.

6. Flexible check-in, check-out and check-out time: you can check in 20 minutes earlier and delay 20 minutes according to the scheduled start time, and you can check out within 20 minutes after the end of seat use. If the seat reaches the end of the reservation, the system will automatically take back the seat without checking out manually. Be sure to pay attention to check out and release seats to reduce the number of defaults.

7. Temporary absence: During the use of the seat, you are allowed to leave the seat for 30 minutes by using the "temporary absence" function, and the number of temporary absences is unlimited. Failure to return to your seat within the specified time will violate the contract and release your seat. (This function can effectively protect the reader's right to use the current seat, so please pay attention. )

8. Seat supervision: Staff and readers have the same supervision authority. If the seat is found to be occupied, it can be supervised by scanning the code. Readers who do not return to their seats within the supervision period (30 minutes) will record their breach of contract and release their seats to prevent frequent and uninterrupted malicious supervision.

9. Default handling: After three defaults, the seat reservation authority for this week will be suspended. The number of violations is only valid this week and will be cleared automatically this weekend. If there are sufficient reasons to explain the unintentional breach of contract, you can report to the staff to cancel part of the breach.

10. Cancel the reservation: You can cancel the reservation twice a day, but you must cancel it before signing in.
