Liu's life
Liu, male, 1954, was born in Huaibin County, Henan Province in May. He graduated from Henan University as an editor. He used to be the office director of Henan Fine Arts Publishing House, the editorial director of Youth Calligraphy and the executive editor of Youth Calligraphy magazine. Now he is the editor of Henan Fine Arts Publishing House, the director of the calligraphy editorial department, and an excellent editor of Henan Province. Vice Chairman and Secretary General of Henan Calligraphers Association, art consultant of contemporary China Calligraphy and Painting Network, director and academic member of Henan Calligraphy Association, special painter of Henan Calligraphy and Painting Institute, member of China Calligraphy Association and member of China Artists Association. Juvenile Calligraphy edited by the editor-in-chief has been rated as "the first-class periodical in Henan Province" for many times, and The Complete Works of Wang Duo Calligraphy (1-5 volumes) edited by the editor-in-chief has won the first Lanting Award for Calligraphy in China, the Sixth National Book Award (nomination award), the Golden Bull Award for Fine Arts Reading in the Nine Provinces of the Yellow River and so on. The Complete Works of Hanbei (volume 1-6) won the 2006 National Top Ten Book Award of Cultural Relics and Archaeology, the first China Publishing Government Award (nomination award), and the Henan Calligraphy Yearbook, Luoyang Calligraphy and China Calligraphy won the second China Calligraphy Lanting Award and the third prize of Publishing Editor Award respectively.

199 1 The Youth Calligraphy edited and published has been rated as "the first-class periodical in Henan Province" for many times, and the Complete Works of Wang Duo Calligraphy (volume 1-5) edited and published on 200/kloc-0 won the "Lanting Award for the First National Calligraphy Publishing Editor Award" in 2002. In 2006, The Complete Works of Han Monument (volume 1-6) won the "Top Ten Books Award of National Cultural Relics and Archaeology in 2006", the first China Publishing Government Award (nomination award) in 2007, the special prize of the 16th National Fine Arts Publishing Golden Bull Award in 2009, the first prize of Henan Publishing Government Award, and the second prize of the 3rd China Calligraphy Lanting Award and Publishing Editor Award. Henan Calligraphy Yearbook, Luoyang and China Calligraphy won the third prize of the second China Calligraphy Lanting Award and Publishing Editor Award in 2006, and Longmen Twenty won the first prize of the 17th National Fine Arts Publishing Golden Bull Award and Henan Publishing Government Award in 2009.

Liu has participated in many calligraphy and painting exhibitions at or above the provincial level and won prizes. His works were collected by former South Korean President Jin Yongsan and friends from Japan, New Zealand, Canada, Britain and Germany. His artistic achievements have been featured in Calligraphy, Friends of Calligraphy, Calligraphy Art, Calligraphy Newspaper, Calligraphy Guide, Dahe Newspaper, Zhongzhou Ancient and Modern, People's Daily (Overseas Edition), Henan TV Station and Zhengzhou TV Station.
