1. If you lose your ID card, please bring your ID card and other valid documents to the registration office on the second floor of our library or the main service desk to report the loss.

2. If you find the original reader's card after reporting the loss, you can cancel the original reader's card at the loss reporting office with your ID card and other valid documents to continue to use it; If the original reader's card is found after the new card is reissued, the fee will not be refunded and the original card will be automatically invalidated.

3. If the reader's ID card is lost and the loss reporting formalities are not handled in time, the reader shall be responsible for all the consequences arising therefrom.
