Try new things with the help of friends. Finding your passion makes you feel motivated every morning, and you can't sleep when you think about it. But not everyone can immediately know what they are passionate about. Don't worry, whether you are looking for a career you love to start a new job or a new hobby that makes you passionate, here are some steps to help you find your passion:

Method 1: concentrate on thinking.

1, think about what you like to do. If you want to find your passion, you must first calm down and review your life. See if there's anything you like to do but don't often do. Figuring out what you really like to do and turning it into something rewarding can help you find your passion and explore what you really want. When thinking, you can try to ask yourself this question: What is my goal?

If I can only do one thing in my life, what do I want to do?

What do I like to do?

What would I do if I didn't consider financial interests at all?

When I do something, I feel that this world does not exist.

When I do something, I feel that I am the real me.

2. Think about what you have always wanted to do. This is not to ask you to list all the things that make you happy. It's a list of things you've always dreamed of doing without time, money or reality, and even reminds you that you want to do it and are afraid, so you haven't put it into action. When thinking, you can think about the following questions: What is the one thing I always wanted to do but didn't do?

What did I always want to do when I was a child?

Have I ever had an unrealistic dream and given up because it is unrealistic?

What am I afraid to try because I don't want to break the current rules?

Is there anything you want to do but are worried about spending too much money, so give it up?

Is there anything I want to do but I'm afraid of failure or I'm not very good at it?

Have I ever envied what my friends did?

3. Make a plan. After completing the above two steps, you may have a general understanding of what you are interested in or have always wanted to do. Now that you have a general direction, you can make plans and find your passion. You can try the following methods: make a plan and try at least five things you just listed. Put them in your calendar. Plan a definite time to do these things as early as possible, even if you have to wait a long time to do them. But whenever there is an opportunity, put it into practice, such as traveling to a certain country.

Set a goal and force yourself to do a few things that break the existing rules. Don't do the things on the list, you can try something new that you are interested in but have never done. Even if you don't think these things are your dreams, even if you have never set foot in the field of these things. The point is to force yourself to try new things.

List your potential interests. Decide what you want to try first. You can try what sounds most interesting to you first, or you can choose to try the most realistic one first.

Method 2: Make good use of your interests.

1, you can develop a hobby into a passionate career. If there are things in your life that make you feel excited, happy and reflect your own value, you can try to develop these hobbies into a full-time career. You may think it is terrible to make such a big change in your life, but since you know what you love, why not try to spend more time developing your hobby and see if you want to develop it into a lifelong career you love? Your hobby may be anything, such as making ceramic artworks, painting, writing poems, teaching yoga, or making artistic cloth paintings.

If your hobby is hard to make money (for example, you like running marathons), then you should find another way to develop this hobby. For example, you can do work related to running.

You can gradually spend more time to develop your hobby and see if you want to develop it into a career you love. If you are afraid to give up what you have now and pursue what you love, you can take your time. First, spend a whole weekend on your hobbies. If it takes time for you to realize how much you love it, it will take a whole week to do it next week. Then, you will know if you want to take this as your main business.

2, regain the passion of childhood. Maybe at this moment, you feel that life has formed a law, and what you do every day is repetitive, and you have no time to think about your dreams and passions. But there must be a time in your life when you are full of passion and want to explore an exciting life. Think back to your childhood and what you dreamed of doing as a child or teenager. See if you can turn these childhood dreams into your current passion. If you always want to be an astronaut. Maybe now you don't want to be an astronaut. But you can think about why you became an astronaut in the first place. Maybe you are interested in exploring outer space, or you are interested in adventure and science. See if you can find your passion in related fields.

Be brave. If you want to be a singer or an actor, it's never too late to act for your dream.

Unfortunately, sometimes, you have to consider realistic factors. If you want to be a gymnast and take part in the Olympic Games at the age of ten, it is difficult for you to develop into a gold medal champion at the age of forty now. But if you used to be crazy about gymnastics, now you can try to develop in gymnastics-related fields. For example, you can try to be a gymnastics teacher, or a coach or go to the gym to practice what you can.

If you wrote a diary when you were a child, you can read it. Look at what you dreamed of doing when you were a child, and what is your dream that you never forget.

3. Combine your many advantages. Maybe you have many things that you are good at, such as playing tricks on your bike, and you also like writing. Then you can consider combining your two strengths. For example, you can write a book about how to spin a bicycle or how a driver can start training. Next, I'll introduce you to several other ways to combine advantages: Maybe you like writing poems and performing dances. So why not choreograph your work? Or write a poem for your dance?

If you have a gift for writing, make full use of it. If you like something, you can post a blog about it, or you can start writing your own website and share what you like. Use your writing skills to cultivate your love of writing.

If you like language and you like another unrelated field, such as animal rights, you can try to combine these two hobbies. For example, you can be a translator in the field of safeguarding animal rights.

4. Do what you have always dreamed of doing. No matter how risky, unreliable and unrealistic you want to do, you still have to work hard to make your dream come true. Who knows, maybe you really tried salsa dance and found that you didn't like it that much, or you went to Galapagos Island and found that it didn't inspire you as much as you thought. But plucking up the courage to do what you have always dreamed of doing will bring great fun in itself. Make up your mind to pursue your dreams, regardless of practical problems and the constraints of money. Make a plan to make sure that you can at least try to realize your dream, even if it is only for a short time. Maybe in order to realize this dream, you need to spend a lot of time to save money or a lot of energy to deal with all kinds of things, but your dream is definitely worth the money and effort.

If you are afraid to try new things, such as climbing to the top of the mountain, ask your friends for help. You don't have to try new things that scare you alone.

Before you really put it into action, start talking about your plan. If you want to build your own tree house, tell everyone your plan. In this way, you are one step closer to realizing your dream. If everyone knows your plan, you won't flinch easily.

Method 3: Try new things.

1, try a new sport. You may not know it, but your new hobby may be mountain biking or archery. Although you may think that you only like running occasionally, you will never know your passion until you try. Try a new kind of exercise to make your adrenaline rise, which will make you excited about the world and help you exercise. If you find that you love this sport very much, you may eventually become a teacher, coach or share your love for this sport with others online. You can try the following: dancing. You can sign up for salsa dancing, ballroom dancing, foxtrot dancing, hip-hop dancing or any other dance course you can think of.

Yoga. You can try every kind of yoga to see if you really love it.

Running. You can enjoy running by yourself, or you can make a plan to run a marathon and prepare for the last 5000 meters every day.

Swimming. Swimming is not only a very good exercise to exercise your whole body muscles, it can also help you clear your head, and your body will feel happy because you are soaked in water. Swimming in the river or the sea will make you feel close to nature.

Wushu. Sign up for karate or judo courses. See if you like it.

Team sports. Join bowling, baseball, softball, football or volleyball team, and enjoy sports with others while discovering your hobbies.

Non-traditional sports Try curling, archery, mountain biking, skateboarding and other sports that you have always been curious about.

2. Explore your artistic cells. You may have a very artistic side, but you just don't know it. In order to explore your artistic cells, you can try painting, writing, performing, singing, or designing clothes and so on. To explore your inner artistic talent, you can do the following things: play a musical instrument. Maybe you liked playing the piano when you were a child, and then you stopped playing for some reason. You can start playing piano again.

Writing. Try to write plays, poems, short stories and even novels. Maybe you will find that your writing is much smoother than you think.

Performing. You don't have to be jennifer lawrence. You can try to play a play with your friends or join a local drama company.

Sing it. If you have always liked singing, but have little time to sing to others, now is your chance. If you prefer chorus, you can join a choir or a chorus.

Draw pictures, paint oil paintings, or carve. Use many tools to sketch, see the scenery, or carve. Maybe you will find your passion in your hands.

3. Choose a new hobby. There are many hobbies that you don't need to be talented in sports or art. You can still turn these hobbies into a career you love. Whether you want to be a money collector or learn a new foreign language, any new hobby you pursue can become a career you love. Consider the following hobbies: bird watching. You can get in touch with nature while learning about the animal world. If you feel passionate, you can write a book about bird watching, or guide a bird watching exploration.

Pet cleaning. Maybe you've always liked pets. Now you can turn your love for pets into a career.

Learn a new foreign language. You can choose a new language according to your interests. If you feel like a duck to water, you can try to develop this hobby into a career, such as becoming an interpreter, or you can watch books and movies in this language just because you love it, or even move to another country for this language.

Cooking. Maybe you take your excellent cooking for granted. If you have developed great interest in cooking, you can start watching some cooking programs, reading some food blogs and sharing your small recipes with friends. See if you can turn your hobby of cooking into a full-time job.

Do carpentry. Maybe you are good at making furniture, although you only do it occasionally. See if you can further develop your furniture making skills, fill your home with your own furniture, or start your own small furniture business.

Step out of your comfort zone. If you can't find a career you love all the time, it's probably because your life is very regular now, which is what we call the comfort zone, and you don't want to and dare to try new things. If you really want to find a career that you love, then you must force yourself to step out of this comfort zone and try something that you have always wanted to do but are afraid to try. You can try the following things: try an extreme sport, such as bungee jumping, skydiving or flying lock. Maybe you'll like crazy things.

Do something you think you are not very good at. If you think you are a bad dancer, a bad cook, can't knit, or can't write, try to spend an hour every week doing these things. See if you are really as bad as you think. Maybe you will like these things instead.

If you are an artistic person, you can try some activities that require rational thinking, such as crossword puzzles and chess. If you are rational, you can try some artistic activities, such as oil painting or singing.

If you think you are tone deaf, you can try a musical instrument. Try to learn piano, flute or flute. Maybe you have some artistic talents that you don't know.

5. Travel. Travel is a good way to broaden your horizons and find your passion. Although travel will be limited by economic factors, we should try to go to strange places and experience new life, food and other environments. Whether you go to another province or travel halfway around the world, you may find your passion on the journey. Maybe you will find that what you really love is traveling. If you find that you like to run around, put it into your plan and plan a long trip once a month or once a year.

Take a lot of photos during the trip. Maybe you will find that you like taking pictures.

Looking for inspiration. Use your surroundings to find your passion. If you are on the beach in Florida, you may find that you love collecting shells; If you visit the Louvre in Paris, you will find your passion for art.

6. Volunteer in your community. Spend some time volunteering in the community, and maybe you will find your passion in it. There are many ways to volunteer in the community: you can help others improve their writing and reading skills in the local library, volunteer in a local charity, or help clean the community park. If you help clean up the park, maybe you will find your passion for gardening.

If you help others improve their reading ability, maybe you will find your enthusiasm for teaching.

If you help in a shelter, you may find your passion for charity work.

If you play a leading role in volunteer activities, such as organizing people to donate clothes, you may find yourself interested in becoming a leader.

7. Try new things with the help of friends. Maybe you have a friend who is very interested in archery, or likes drawing cartoons very much, or one of your family members is a nationally famous dessert chef. Ask your friends or community teachers for help, and ask them to help you explore your talents and find your interests together. Find a friend who is passionate about his career and give you some advice, whether he is interested in machinery or like flower arranging. Your friend's enthusiasm can inspire you.

Ask your family to introduce you to his favorite things, whether it's repairing motorcycles or fishing. Maybe you will be surprised to find that you are interested in what you have been used to for many years.

What classes do you have? Whether you attend an art class or study Russian history, perhaps the teacher's words and deeds can inspire you and let you discover your passion. Take classes that interest you, whether in community colleges, online or local entertainment centers. Keep your eyes open and get ready for inspiration.

Reading. Find a book written by an expert about the field he loves very much, and see why he loves this field so much, which may inspire you.

Tip: Take a day off. Give yourself some time to isolate yourself from the world. No groceries, no cleaning, no contact with friends, family and even parents. Turn off the TV, turn off the cell phone. Pretend you have no work to catch up on, no debts to pay, no worries, no burdens. Relax for a while, and then pay attention to your thoughts. Can you imagine any innovative gadgets? Do you imagine yourself starting your own business? Or design the next nest? Do you feel like starting a project that has been planned for five years but has not been put into action?

Give yourself as much time as you need. Maybe you will be inspired by generate for a while, but in the end you will find that you are already passionate about something. You just have to trust your instincts. If you think you want to do something, give it a chance.

If you find yourself less enthusiastic about some of your past hobbies, don't worry. We all grow and change. Our hobbies will change constantly.

Enjoy your hobby! If you think you don't like something anymore, find a new hobby!

Warning: It is very likely that what you have always loved suddenly becomes less interesting when you are ready to develop it into a career. If developing this new hobby into a full-time career doesn't make you happy, consider going back to your old job. Although you love what you are doing, you should stop to have a rest from time to time and start again, which may enrich your original passion.

Don't start developing this hobby at full speed. Everything needs patience, self-study plan and a lot of efforts to succeed.
