The content of their works is almost the same as that of the publishing house, but there is no publishing right (that is, there is no book number). The work pressure of cultural companies is generally greater than that of publishing houses. The treatment is very different. A few successful cultural companies have better treatment for editors than many publishing companies, and they can learn a lot, which is very beneficial to personal growth. Of course, editors in most cultural companies are poorly treated.
