2: 30 -6 pm 1. To apply for a library card in Changzhi city, you need to hold your valid documents (ID card, household registration book, military ID card, work permit and student ID card).

2. Readers need to pay a deposit of 100 yuan to apply for a library card.

This library card is for personal use only. If you lose it, please report it to the registration office of our library in time, and I will be responsible for all the consequences caused by not going through the formalities of reporting it. Report the loss and pay off the borrowed books, and you can apply for a new card after paying all the fees.

4. When returning the card, you need to show your ID card, library card and deposit receipt. If the deposit receipt is lost, an individual written application shall be submitted.

Readers are free to apply for certificates and return them.
