(5) Competing for ten-level management positions should work in positions with four or more ground service skills, or work in positions with five ground service skills for more than five years;
6. Meet other conditions stipulated by the industry for management positions.

(3) Workers and technicians competing for management posts or professional technical posts for the first time should, in principle, be at least 10 years away from the legal retirement age of the competitive posts.
