My roommate snores too loudly. What should I do?
Three of my six roommates snore, forming a beautiful trio. I have tried many ways to gently pull their quilts to make them turn over and stop snoring, but to no avail. They slept soundly.

I have never met so many girls who snore before I went to college. It is no exaggeration to say that during this semester's insomnia, I heard the snoring of every roommate in the dormitory. Every night, there were two snoring, and I fell asleep soon. They often put down their mobile phones and fall asleep immediately.

I am particularly sensitive to sound, and their snoring is also very loud. I can still hear their even and loud snoring with earplugs, but my other roommates can't seem to hear them. Every time I say it, they still think it's my own problem. Who keeps me awake?

I also want to know what to do. We will live together for several years. Listening to such snoring every night leads to insufficient sleep time. Now my dark circles are particularly heavy every day, and people are listless. I've always had a dull pain in my heart recently. I plan to go home to see a doctor at the weekend of the last week.

It is no exaggeration to say that in the university dormitory, I can fall asleep before one o'clock every day, and the snoring of my roommates will not let me down every day. In my experience, it seems that I can change my bad habits, such as playing mobile phone in bed and staying up late to catch a play. Just change it and think less. A bed is where you rest and sleep.

Have the perseverance to run or walk in the playground after reading in the library, and come back in winter to boil hot water, warm your feet and sleep. Don't mind so much, close your eyes and let nature take its course if you can't sleep. Don't always think about not sleeping. Their sisters are going to snore. I said it's not like you haven't slept a day in three years. That's not necessary. One is your own mentality, and the other is your own work and rest.
