Standards for Running Kindergarten (III) Facilities and Equipment

Section 1 General requirements

Kindergarten facilities and equipment should adhere to the principles of safety, education, suitability and operability, taking into account the functions, characteristics, renewal period and utilization efficiency of the equipment.

(a) playing teaching AIDS should adhere to the principles of ensuring safety, environmental protection and hygiene, meeting the needs of children's game activities, suitable for children's development level, rich in educational value, economical and applicable, and durable. Advocate kindergartens to adapt to local conditions, use local materials and make their own teaching AIDS. Kindergartens do not accept the trial products of production enterprises.

(two) in addition to meeting the above requirements, it must also meet the relevant national norms, standards and regulations.

Section 2 Facilities and equipment for children's life and educational activities

The facilities and equipment of children's life education activities mainly include education and teaching equipment, game teaching AIDS and game fitness equipment, books, office supplies and living equipment. See Annex 1 Catalogue of Kindergarten Facilities and Equipment in the Province for the equipment standard. Among them, the optional teaching AIDS and equipment are available for conditional kindergartens.

(1) Outdoor facilities and equipment. Large and medium-sized outdoor sports equipment in kindergartens should be fixed on the soft ground, the base of the stable pillar should not protrude from the ground, and the lower bottom surface and peripheral edge extend outward for at least 1.8m anti-collision and fall prevention area. Keep enough safe distance between instruments, generally not less than 3m. Ornaments on sports equipment should not block the sight of teachers and children. It is forbidden to use sports equipment made of metal such as cast iron. It is forbidden to use pipes and pipe slides, and it is forbidden to install swings on large-scale combined sports equipment. The sand storage depth of the sand pool is 0.3—0.5m, and the water storage depth of the amusement pool is not more than 0.3m. The sand pool and the water pool should be set adjacent to each other, and the area should be suitable for the scale of the park, generally not less than 50m2, and the edge should be safe. The soft turf area of outdoor sports venues should be more than 70%, and should have a good drainage system, and should be equipped with outdoor storage and storage equipment. (2) Indoor facilities and equipment. Kindergartens should be equipped with facilities and equipment such as teaching, games and life according to the functions of various houses.

1. Children's activity room should be equipped with children's desks and chairs, information and multimedia equipment, piano and other general facilities and equipment. See attached table 1 for equipment standards.

Children's desks and chairs should meet the functional dimension standard of school desks and chairs GB/T3976. See Schedule 3 for specific standards.

2. Children's activity room game facilities and equipment. See attached table 1 for equipment standards.

Facilities and equipment in the activity area. The active area should be set separately from the static area. Each class should set up role-playing area, building area, art design area, puzzle area, book area, popular science area, performance area and other activity areas as needed, and be equipped with necessary open toy cabinets (shelves).

The activity room should be equipped with drinking water and disinfection equipment. Insulation drinking water equipment should have locking device. One for each person and clearly marked.

3. Dormitory facilities and equipment. Use the children's dormitory in class. Children should be equipped with a single-layer fixed bed, or according to the actual situation, they can be equipped with a stacked collection hard bed. Children's dormitory should have dark curtains. See Schedule 4 for equipment standards.

4. Bathroom facilities and equipment. Toilets include washrooms and toilets. The bathroom should be equipped with bathroom mirrors, wash basins and other sanitary appliances. Toilets should be flush type, equipped with suitable children's toilets or recessed urinals with partitions. Advocate separate toilets for men and women, and there should be a partition between squatting positions.

It is forbidden to install gas and gas water heaters in toilets.

5. Comprehensive activity room facilities and equipment. It should have comprehensive functions such as music, dance, sports activities and large-scale game activities, parent-child activities, meetings, parents' schools, observation and teaching of children in different classes or groups. See attached table 5 for equipment standards.

6 facilities and equipment for public game activities. Can be selected according to the actual needs of children's game activities.

(3) books and materials. Books, newspapers and periodicals should be equipped according to the needs of teaching guarantee and children's reading. Children's books should be suitable for children to read, including educational, literary, social, scientific and artistic books, and should be based on picture books. See Table 6 for equipment standards.

(four) special education resources classroom equipment. It is necessary to comprehensively consider the number, type and degree of disability of disabled children in kindergartens, and equip them with basic instruments, equipment and books and materials necessary for education and basic rehabilitation to meet the needs of education and rehabilitation training. Conditional can be equipped with disabled children's individual learning, living and rehabilitation AIDS and appliances. See attached table 10 for equipment standards.

Office and living facilities and equipment shall meet the following standards.

(1) Office equipment includes desks and chairs, data cabinets, lockers, computers, printers, network interfaces, telephones, fax machines and other necessary equipment. Conditional can establish a network system. See attached table 7 for equipment standards.

(2) Health care equipment includes necessary physical examination, simple trauma treatment equipment, commonly used drugs for external use and sanitary disinfection equipment. See Table 8 for equipment standards.

(3) Living facilities and equipment, including sanitary appliances, kitchen facilities and equipment, etc., shall meet the requirements of the Regulations on Hygienic Management of School Dining Rooms and Students' Group Dining (OrderNo. 102). (four) should be equipped with safety equipment in accordance with the requirements of physical defense and technical defense in the "Code for Safety Prevention of Kindergartens in Primary and Secondary Schools (Trial)".
