2. How to install it?
? First, install the bottom guide rail. The parallelism deviation of all guide rails shall not exceed 1 mm/m, and the height difference at the joint shall not exceed 0.3mm. ..
? Install the chassis on the guide rail. The ground beam shall be straight and the straightness shall not exceed 0.5mm/m. ..
? Install the column on site and assemble the dense cabinet frame. The verticality between the column and the guide rail should not exceed 2mm.
? Install the top plate and brake lock, and install the hanging plate and side guard plate.
? Then install the laminated board and door panel, and adjust them slowly until they are in place. There should be no cracks between laminates, the deformation should not exceed 0.3mm, and the gap between door panels should be controlled at1-3 mm.
? Finally, the baffle can be installed. Just install the hardware lock.
