2. Formulate the topic selection plan and solicitation plan, develop new topics, and organize their implementation;
3. As the responsible editor of a publication or manuscript;
4 review or final review of important manuscripts, and solve difficult problems in the review;
5. Guide the work and research of training junior editing and publishing professional and technical personnel;
6. Actively participate in public welfare activities such as school teaching, scientific research, discipline construction and social services.
(3) Editing
1. Seriously study business, engage in academic research and management research in this field, and actively write papers and monographs;
2. As the responsible editor of a publication or manuscript;
3. Review or finalize the manuscript to solve the difficult problems in the review;
4. To guide the work and research of training junior editing and publishing professional and technical personnel;
5. Actively participate in school teaching, scientific research, discipline construction, social services and other public welfare activities.
(4) Assistant Editor
1. Seriously study business and actively improve business level;
2. Conduct preliminary examination of manuscripts and assist in editing publications or manuscripts;
