Mexican architects have made a new interpretation of this desolate place buried by volcanic magma through rational planning of spatial functions. The extensive use of cubes and glass prisms reflects the modern sense of absorbing the essence of Mexican tradition. Among them, the Presidential Building, the Central Library and the University Olympic Pavilion have become masterpieces of modern architecture in Latin America. At the same time, the local humanistic tradition has also been skillfully integrated into the campus decoration design. As the highest institution of higher learning in Mexico, world-class mural masters Diego Rivera, squyres and orozco moved their artistic creation into the University of Mexico. With their simple Indian artistic style and dazzling expression of romanticism and realism, the huge mural on the exterior wall of the building is magnificent, colorful and has a strong visual impact. A large number of classical, medieval and Renaissance sculptures echo modern architecture, adding a strong cultural atmosphere to the university.
