Yinchuan Library is open from Monday to Sunday 10: 00 to 16: 00, with Tuesday morning closed and noon 12:00. In case of legal holidays, it is still open at this time. The open area includes reader service department, book lending department, children's department, periodical lending department, periodical reading department (excluding the self-study area in the department) and public self-study areas on the second and third floors. After the opening, the library will provide readers with services such as accreditation, consultation, reading guidance, borrowing ordinary children's books in China, borrowing periodicals and self-study.
