5. If the book is damaged or lost, you must go back to the library where the book property belongs and go through the relevant formalities.

6. The procedures for the replacement and return of the reader's card must be handled through the account opening hall.

Readers with ID cards or Guangzhou social security cards as reader's cards need to reissue their lost certificates at the main service desk of our library free of charge.

Please take good care of the lent documents and equipment. If the documents and equipment are lost or damaged, they shall be handled in accordance with the Measures for Compensation for the Loss and Damage of Collection Materials in Guangzhou Library. The overdue fee shall be paid according to the following standards: 0. 1 yuan per book per day, with the upper limit of 10 yuan per book; 0.5 yuan per e-reader, per tablet per day 10 yuan, with no upper limit.
