Guiyang university Library implements the librarian responsibility system under the leadership of the dean. Curator 1 name, deputy curator 1 name, full-time general branch secretary 1 name. The whole library consists of five departments: library office, literature resources department, information technology department, reference and consultation department, reader circulation department and reading service department. The staff of the whole library is 4 1 person (including 32 regular employees, 7 employees of Huanxing Company and 2 temporary employees). There are 32 full-time employees, including male 1 1 and female 21; Master students 1 1, undergraduates 13, junior college students 7. 97% of full-time staff have college education or above, and 75% have bachelor education or above. There are 5 senior professional titles, 8 intermediate professional titles and junior professional titles 10, with an average age of 38. It is a young and middle-aged team with reasonable knowledge structure and high cultural level. The survey of readers' satisfaction since 2006 shows that readers' satisfaction has remained above 90%. In the past three years, our library has published more than 70 papers in professional journals at all levels in China, and undertaken or completed 4 projects at or above the university level. Librarians have good professional skills and service spirit, which embodies good professional quality.
