1. The property right of low-rent housing does not belong to the parties (it is only rented). In principle, it is not allowed to move into the household registration (proof of real estate registration is required for buying a house).

2. According to Article 12 of China's Compulsory Education Law, the children of the parties concerned should be enrolled in the nearest place where they are registered. Specific policies are still subject to local release.
