Professor Feng Xiaoqing has been engaged in the teaching, research and related practice of intellectual property law for more than 20 years. Independently wrote and published the General Theory of Copyright Law, General Theory of Industrial Property Law, Intellectual Property Law, Research on Intellectual Property Litigation, Intellectual Property Strategy for Enterprises (national 11th Five-Year Plan and 12th Five-Year Plan textbooks), Intellectual Property Management for Enterprises, Technological Innovation and Intellectual Property Strategy for Enterprises, Theory and Practice of Intellectual Property Law, and Intellectual Property Law There are Copyright Law edited by Globalization and Intellectual Property Protection, Research on Frontier Issues of Intellectual Property Law (series, each of which is edited by the editor, the same below), Research on Hot Issues of Intellectual Property Law (series), Thematic Interpretation and Theoretical Research Series of Intellectual Property Law (* * 12), and Intellectual Property Law (undergraduate teaching materials of colleges and universities). He has undertaken more than 20 major projects of the National Social Science Fund, key projects of the National Natural Science Fund, special projects of national intellectual property strategy, key research projects of the Ministry of Education, key research bases of humanities and social sciences of the Ministry of Education and national postdoctoral science fund projects, among which he has presided over major and general projects of the National Social Science Fund 1 and other intellectual property research projects at or above the provincial level 10, and undertaken 65,438 important national projects. The achievements won the third prize 1 for outstanding achievements in social sciences, two second prizes, the second prize 1 for provincial outstanding teaching achievements in ordinary universities, and the second prize 1 for scientific and technological progress (all above are provincial and ministerial prizes).

According to the statistics of highly cited papers from 2008 to 20 10 in the database of China National Digital Library and China Institute of Science and Technology Information, Professor Feng Xiaoqing's research achievements in all fields of law in China rank in the top ten in China, ranking ninth, tenth and fifth respectively, while the author ranks first in the field of intellectual property.

200 1 On the eve of China's accession to the World Trade Organization, Professor Feng Xiaoqing was keenly aware of the extreme importance of the intellectual property strategy of China enterprises in the future, pointing out that only by operating intellectual property strategically can enterprises gain core competitiveness and market competitive advantage. From 1998, the enterprise intellectual property strategy was systematically studied, and a special report on 1999 (funded by Microsoft Fund of the United States) was formed. In September 2006, the first monograph on enterprise intellectual property strategy in China was published. He is one of the earliest scholars in China who put forward the concept and theoretical system of enterprise intellectual property strategy.
