The construction of staff library is an important measure to improve the overall quality of staff, and it is also an important project to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of grass-roots staff.

The staff library is named by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and is mainly established in enterprises with concentrated staff and key construction projects. The All-China Federation of Trade Unions has set up a book distribution center and an all-China Federation of Trade Unions staff library office in China Workers Publishing House to undertake the book distribution, business guidance and service, compilation and distribution of special issues and related daily work of the staff library.
