After entering the router, the general router directly restricts whether to access the Internet, usually controlled by IP or MAC address. Some routers have added flow control for this function. You can see if your router has this function.
For example:
The LAN address of a certain machine is192.168.1.54, and the Mac address is 00- 1F-C6-3C-FB-58. If the bandwidth does not exceed 30K, it can be used on the router->; Add the IP/MAC address of this machine in the security settings/flow control. Enter192.168.1.54 at the initial IP and192.1.54 at the end. If you want to limit the number of machines starting from192.168.1.54 to 66, enter192.168.1.54 at the starting IP and enter it at the ending IP.
The specific operation depends on the router. You can check your router manual, or ask the router manufacturer if it has this function according to the router model.
