1, Huanggang Village/Xiasha
These two places are in the customs, especially close to Futian CBD, so the price is really high, and almost all of them can rent a relatively large single room for 2000 yuan. But the environment in this village is really good. Take Huanggang village as an example. Not only the streets are spacious, the ground is clean and there is no smell, but there are also libraries and cultural squares, and all kinds of meals are available. Good places are always more expensive, so it's worthwhile to live here.
2. Baishizhou/Daxin Village
Speaking of villages in the city, how could Baishizhou be missing? This is the largest village and the best village in Shenzhen, next to Shenzhen Science Park. The location is good, but the environment is too bad. No matter whether you go up or down the white stone, you can see the dirty environment you can imagine. All kinds of garbage, fishy smell, and the ground of some alleys are sticky. I'm not going to live there after a walk.
If the price is appropriate, the single room is between 1000- 1500, and the living room is between 1700-2200. Perhaps Baishizhou has a good geographical location and low price, but the surrounding environment is really not so good. I'd rather live farther away or be more expensive than smell those disgusting smells every day. The characteristics of Daxin Village are very different from those of Baishizhou. The location is good and the price is low, but the surrounding environment is really poor.
