Xinghuoyuan community. According to official website, a government service in Hangzhou, Luo Zhuang and Garden in Linping District belong to Xinghuoyuan Community. Xinghuoyuan Community was established in May 2008. It is a new community established on the basis of the original Huoxing village by withdrawing the village and building a residence. Xinghuoyuan Community is adjacent to the north of Linping, the vice city. Xingguang Street runs through the community from east to west, bordering Hefeng Port in the east, Linping Mountain in the south, Huanqiao Community in the west and Hefeng Community in the north, covering an area of about 2 square kilometers.
