Transportation: Take Bus No.702 at Qingniwa Station of Railway Station and get off at Baiyun Mountain.

Handling procedures: ID card and deposit of 50 yuan and 100 yuan can borrow 2-3 books respectively.

Handling fee: At the end of 2008, the handling fee of 10 yuan was cancelled.

2. Development Zone Library

Address: opposite the talent market in the development zone

Transportation: get off at Jinma light rail station, change to No.3 across the street and get off at the development zone shopping mall.

Handling procedures: ID card and deposit of 60 yuan and 100 yuan can borrow 2-3 books respectively, and the total book price does not exceed the deposit without handling fee.

I have been to both of them.

The development zone is a newly-built library with many books and a good environment. The books in Baiyun Mountain Library are relatively complete, and the light is a little dim.
