Step 3 pay on site

(1) Freshmen who pay through the bank do not need to go through this procedure. Please register directly at each registration point with the receipt of the bank payment slip. Tuition fees, custody fees and other bills will be distributed through all colleges after the freshmen register.

(2) Freshmen who fail to pay through the bank will pay at the registration site and report to the college reception point with the payment receipt.

(3) Freshmen who are unable to pay their tuition fees in full due to family financial difficulties, with the proof of family financial difficulties issued by the civil affairs department, report to the reception station of each college for examination and approval, and can report through the "green channel" after examination and approval.

Step 4 buy insurance

(1) medical insurance for college students: all students in our school participate in Hangzhou basic medical insurance by default, and the insurance type is medical insurance for college students. Sign at the registration point of each college to receive the basic medical records of Hangzhou. If you don't need to attend, please fill in the Confirmation Form of Voluntary Waiver of Insurance, and the relevant premium will be returned in June165438+1October.

(2) Student safety insurance: Student safety insurance is an effective supplement to college students' medical insurance, providing protection for accidental injuries, hospitalization and other self-funded parts. Second, transportation and accommodation.

Due to the limited parking space in the school, the traffic pressure on the day of registration is huge. Third, the campus card and bank card

"All-in-one card" is a multi-functional card used by students in our school for campus services such as dining in the canteen, shopping in the supermarket, borrowing books, taking the school bus, access control, computer management, data copying and so on.

"Bank card" is a bank card used by students in our school for savings deposits, student loans, tuition fees, scholarships, living difficulties subsidies and living allowances.

The relevant matters are now explained as follows:

1. Issuance: Freshmen's campus card and bank card will be issued by campus card and bank card service points when they report for duty.

2. Pre-stored meal expenses: In order to facilitate the freshmen to eat on the day of registration, the school pre-stored the meal expenses of 100 yuan in each freshman's campus card.

3. Bank card activation: ICBC will go through the bank card activation procedures at the one-card and bank card service points, and at the same time handle the automatic deposit function between the bank card and the campus card (that is, the balance of the campus card on that day is less than 20 yuan, and it will be automatically deposited in 50 yuan the next morning); In addition, in order to meet the individual needs of students, the two-dimensional code active recharge function between bank cards and campus cards will be opened to reduce the waiting time for students to recharge their cash.

Fourth, warm tips

1. Enrollment is the starting point of college career. We encourage freshmen to adapt to the role change as soon as possible and complete the registration procedures by themselves.

2. From September 265438 to September 22, Zhejiang Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine and School History Museum (west of Building 23 of the school headquarters) opened. Freshmen and parents are welcome to visit. On the day of registration, a free photo-taking point will be set up in the square in front of Building 23 of the school headquarters. 3. Please pay attention to the personal and property safety of freshmen and their parents. There is a bank ATM self-service teller machine on campus. Please pay attention to the traffic when walking in the higher education park, and don't jaywalk.

4. After the registration procedure, the school has no other payment items for the time being, so beware of being cheated.

5. After arriving at the student apartment, please stay in the dormitory and bed number according to the regulations. Don't change it at will, and pay attention to closing the door behind you, and consciously safeguard the property safety of the dormitory.
