2. Set it to automatic or manual.

3. Check and correct according to the circuit diagram.

4. New generators or machines that have not been used for a long time are easy to appear. You can press the charge button on the control panel to magnetize the excitation winding, or you can magnetize the excitation winding with 12V battery, with the positive electrode connected to F 1 and the negative electrode connected to F2. If the voltage cannot be established, replace the positive and negative poles of the battery and try again.

5. Clean the surface of the slip ring, polish the end face of the carbon brush to make it match the arc on the surface of the slip ring by more than 70%, and strengthen the spring pressure.

6. Clean the carbon brush and the carbon brush handle so that the carbon brush can move freely.

7. Check the forward and reverse resistance of the diode with a multimeter. If it is damaged, please replace it.

8. Check with a multimeter. If the forward and reverse resistances do not meet the requirements of diode characteristics, replace them.

9. Check the winding of the generator set with multimeter1k. If the resistance is infinite, it should be connected. Check again with 1 ohm. If the resistance is zero, replace or dispose of the winding. If it is unstable, check whether the connector wiring is loose.
