According to Yan Suxia, vice president of Baofeng County People's Hospital, the informatization projects of the three centers can automatically obtain time nodes, build a digital critical illness information system, and establish a closed-loop management system for patients from onset, diagnosis and treatment to rehabilitation, so as to achieve efficient collaboration, homogenization of diagnosis and treatment, full-process monitoring and global coverage. The system can improve the efficiency of multi-disciplinary cooperation in the hospital, improve the coordination mechanism between pre-hospital first aid and in-hospital first aid, and lower and higher hospitals, and shorten the overall treatment time of patients in the three centers.
Yan Suxia said that the project can be seamlessly connected with the national data platform, achieving direct reporting of data in the three centers, effectively improving the quality of data reporting and greatly reducing the workload of doctors. At the same time, the project also established a screening and follow-up system for high-risk groups of discharged patients, which helped the hospital realize the integration of screening, prevention, treatment and management of cerebrovascular diseases.
It is reported that Mingde Bio-Critical Information Solution is to help hospitals achieve continuous improvement of intensive care centers through "process+data" two-wheel drive.
Among them, the "process-driven" built-in rule engine can empower district hospitals to realize standardized and homogeneous diagnosis and treatment of chest pain, stroke and trauma centers.
"Data-driven" can completely realize the closed-loop data of pre-hospital first aid, in-hospital first aid, severe treatment, hospitalization and post-hospital follow-up of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Moreover, "data-driven" can also collect data from different dimensions such as time nodes, clinical examination and diagnosis, and medical behavior. Based on data empowerment, it can provide auxiliary decision support for operation management, auxiliary diagnosis and health management.
Since the project was launched in mid-May, the preliminary implementation planning, server and positioning base station deployment, large-screen display installation, software and hardware installation and debugging have been completed, and relevant personnel in emergency department, cardiology department, neurology department, trauma clinic and intervention room have been trained. By the end of June, the system had recorded 26 patients with chest pain, 4 patients with stroke/kloc-0, and 3 patients with trauma/kloc-0, which realized the effect of automatic capture of time nodes and automatic analysis of statistical data.
Subsequently, Baofeng County People's Hospital conducted a targeted simulation exercise on the three central processes. According to the content of the simulation exercise, the acceptance team carefully checked the functional modules of the project, formed acceptance opinions through discussion and inquiry, and completed the project acceptance.
