How does our class carry out reading activities?

First, the integration of resources and the enjoyment of good books make it unrealistic for every student to have dozens, hundreds or even thousands of books at home. Without a certain amount of books, it is impossible to meet the reading needs of students. Therefore, the easiest way is to carry out the activity of "enjoying good books". Each class has a special book corner, which becomes an extension of the school reading room and family collection, integrates the book resources of schools, classes and individuals, and realizes the enjoyment of resources. The establishment of the class book corner can effectively enable every student to read more and better books and inherit and carry forward the school's reading tradition. At the beginning of each semester, students are encouraged to buy new books and then exchange reading materials in class, so as to achieve the goal of "taking one as a hundred" and enrich reading resources. And let the students unite, cooperate and help each other in this atmosphere, feel the charm of the group and enhance the sense of honor in the class. Second, choose carefully and recommend good books. It's not that our children don't like reading, but that they haven't found their favorite books yet. I took a detour when I recommended the bibliography. When I first set up a book corner in my class, I recommended many famous books to my classmates, such as Lu Xun's Flowers in the Morning, Guo Moruo's Goddess and Pushkin's Selected Poems ... These are not classics, but after the books were put up, no one cared, which made me sad and sorry. It is sad that good books are not accepted by students, and it is a pity that children's psychology is not carefully analyzed. Although these books are classic, they are still difficult for adults to read, let alone children, and they are too far away from their times to arouse their interest and desire to read. So, I changed another form and asked the children to bring their favorite books to the reading corner. As a result, I found that they bring books like Andersen's Fairy Tales, Grimm's Fairy Tales and A Good Story every 365 days. They are all cartoons, jokes and brain teasers. I was defeated by them again. I made up my mind to recommend some good books suitable for children. This time, I plunged into the sea of books, and under the recommendation of the Internet, I chose books that I think are in line with modern students' reading and can stimulate students' interest in reading. Finally, the book I recommended was very popular with students after it was put back in the corner. There is no shortage of people in front of the corner of the book, and occasionally several people grab a book. Third, develop the good habit of "reading as soon as you enter the classroom" In order to let children have a good reading habit, we arrange a reading time every morning to encourage students to read more and read good books. At first, few people could do it. I take the encouragement method, and when I see who can take the initiative to read books, I praise them in front of the whole class. Especially when children don't know what to do, I say, "Look who's doing it." Of course, the example I showed him was a child who studied hard. Children like to listen to praise, and people who like reading are more willing to read. Those who don't like reading also pick up books to praise. Slowly, students communicate with each other, and even the least interested children in the class can find books they are interested in to read in the morning. Children respond to the call of the class, make full use of this time period, and form a good habit of reading as soon as they enter the classroom. Students' reading enthusiasm has improved. Whether in class or after school, you can see the children in the class reading with relish. It can be seen that they love reading, and books bring them happiness. Indeed, children who study are getting smarter and smarter. As you sow, you reap what you sow. Reading activities have made our classroom, which was originally full of shouts, much quieter than before, and quiet reading and the whole class have slowly driven away the noise of slapstick. Fourth, organize regular reading exhibitions and reviews. I don't remember anyone saying, "You exchange a little knowledge, I exchange a little knowledge. For a person, he knows a lot of knowledge." So our students communicate with each other in different forms. For example, actively participate in every essay activity, and conduct reading evaluation and exchange activities from time to time. At every reading exchange, everyone speaks freely. After two classes, everyone was still wanting more and felt that time was not enough. In addition, each student also extracts the good words and sentences he has read in time. During the whole reading activity, students swam freely in the sea of books, constantly absorbing knowledge and achieving fruitful results. Students' writing level has been greatly improved and their knowledge has been expanded. "Xiao He just showed his sharp corner", and one seedling broke through the ground in the spring rain and thrived against the rising sun. Our reading activity is only the beginning of students' reading journey, and we still have a lot to work hard. For the long-term development of students, we will go all the way on the road of leading students to learn. Let reading become the most beautiful scenery in our campus culture.
