First, the recruitment principle

3. This recruitment position is set in the planning of Yanshan University.
Second, the recruitment conditions
1. Recruitment target: full-time graduates of ordinary colleges and universities under the age of 30 (graduates can be sent to work), who must obtain postgraduate education and master's degree before the end of August 2009; The initial education must be a four-year full-time undergraduate course in an ordinary university; Among them, candidates for counselor positions require that one of the graduate or undergraduate schools must be a national key institution or a 2 1 1 institution.

2. Registration requirements
This recruitment position is divided into two categories, namely, 1 instructor position and 2 administrative teaching assistant position. Applicants who meet the requirements of counselors and declare their positions as counselors can also apply for two administrative assistant positions according to the recruitment conditions; Those who apply for the position of administrative assistant should indicate two specific positions in turn in the application form.
3. Email registration
In order to get a preliminary understanding of the situation, please fill in the Application Form for Recruiting Counselors, Administrative and Teaching Assistants in Yanshan University (Annex 2) and send the electronic version to ysuzhp@ysu.edu.cn. The deadline for registration is March 22nd, 2009. The school conducts a preliminary examination of the conditions of e-mail applicants, and informs those who have passed the preliminary examination by e-mail or telephone message (according to the contact information of the registration form) to confirm whether they can participate in on-site registration.
4. On-site registration
(1) Time and place of on-site registration
Time: March 26th-27th, 8:30- 17:00. Registration will not be accepted at other times.

(3) Qualification examination
The personnel department shall review the applicant's materials according to the regulations and issue a written test admission ticket to qualified personnel. Applicants must prepare application materials as required. If the content is incomplete or does not meet the requirements, it will not be accepted. The content must be true, and those who practise fraud will be disqualified once verified.
5. written test
(1) written test time: March 28th. See the admission ticket for the specific time and place.
(2) The written test is divided into counselor test and administrative assistant test. Those who apply for the position of counselor need to take the written test of counselor, those who apply for the position of administrative assistant need to take the written test of administrative assistant, and those who apply for the position of counselor and report to administrative assistant need to take the written test of the above two types respectively. The content of the counselor's test questions focuses on ideological and political education and administrative ability test; The content of administrative supplementary questions focuses on the investigation of individual comprehensive ability. The written test time should be controlled within 120 minutes. Please bring your ID card or student ID card, and bring your own 2B pencil and eraser.
Step 6 interview
According to the written test results of counselors and administrative assistants, the interviewers for counselors and administrative assistants are determined, and the list of interviewers is published on the homepage of Yanshan University. The specific time and place of the interview will be announced separately.
7. Employment of personnel
The recruitment assessment team is responsible for assessing the ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance of the selected personnel. According to the assessment results, the candidates to be employed will be determined and publicized on the homepage of Yanshan University, and the employment procedures can only be handled after the approval of the school (note: once the position is determined, it cannot be adjusted).
Fourth, others.
