Slow-moving books refer to books with small sales volume, bad sales trend and basically no sales volume. Unsolvable or unsolvable books can be reduced in price. If the price remains unchanged for a period of time, it can be further reduced. A slow-moving book that does not sell at a reduced price can be scrapped or scrapped.

Scrap unsalable books, which still have certain reading reference value, can be given to appropriate units (but not directly to individuals).
