1. If the webpage fails to load, try to see if IE browser is normal.

If IE can't open either, it may be a network problem.

2. If IE can be opened, try to switch the browsing mode to compatible in sogou address bar. In sogou-Tools-Sogou High Speed Browser Options-Network Connection-Use sogou Accelerator, or use custom and use IE proxy.

3. Install the latest sogou 3.2, and click Browser Help-Browser Repair Tool-Manual Repair-Clear Temporary Files, reset the acceleration strategy, and restore the browser settings.
