Baoding library can borrow books. The library is located at No.619, Chaoyang North Street, 200 meters south of the intersection of Chaoyang North Street and Sheng Xing Road. The library is open from 9 am to noon 12 am. It closes for two and a half hours at noon and opens for two and a half hours in the afternoon. Rest on Sunday.

Ancient Books Department: Mainly focusing on online ancient books of the Republic of China, it is responsible for sorting out and repairing ancient books, and developing reading services, consulting services and special services.

Information Resources Sharing Department: * * has 44 workstations and 4 hosts, providing network services for readers, and realizing network information services, reference consultation and data transmission of organs, scientific research units, schools, enterprises and institutions in the city; Open-shelf lending department: responsible for book lending, open-shelf reading, reader's library card handling, topic selection service for key readers, tracking service and stack management to ensure the utilization and integrity of the collected books.

Local Literature Department: responsible for collecting, classifying, compiling, keeping and utilizing 282 volumes of Baoding local literature 138, and providing reading services, consulting services and special services.

Braille reading room: There are 280 books, 52 tapes and 204 CDs in Braille 132, providing special services for the blind.

Counseling Department: It is the functional department of theoretical and technical method research and library business training of the city library, and is responsible for conducting investigation and research business counseling for city and county libraries and organizing business technology promotion and exchange.

Primary and secondary school students' reading room: it has 18700 books, and is responsible for handling primary and secondary school students' library cards, carrying out open-shelf lending for primary and secondary school students, and organizing colorful primary and secondary school students' activities.

Children's reading room: with a collection of more than 20,000 books, newspapers 1 1 and magazines 8 1, it is responsible for handling children's library cards, carrying out open-shelf lending for children readers and organizing colorful children's activities.

Newspaper reading room and study room: responsible for the acceptance, shelving and open-shelf reading of Chinese newspapers and periodicals, and handling reading cards.
