Curriculum reform refers to classroom education and teaching reform. At the beginning of the new century, the eighth national basic education curriculum reform carried out by the State Council and the Ministry of Education takes "accelerating the construction of a new basic education curriculum system that meets the requirements of quality education" as one of its main goals. Focusing on the cultivation of people and aiming at the shortcomings in the current basic education textbooks, this paper puts forward six specific objectives of the basic education curriculum reform, which fully realizes the curriculum function, curriculum structure, curriculum content, learning methods, curriculum evaluation and curriculum setting.

Establishment steps:

First, do a good job in experimental planning and promote it in an orderly manner.

Make a preliminary plan, hold an ideological mobilization study meeting, draw up an initial preliminary plan, organize teachers in the class to watch teaching records, compile more systematic independent learning materials, form research questions before investigation, organize students to watch videos to familiarize themselves with the teaching process, initially establish class learning groups, and individual teachers try the "336" teaching mode first to investigate students' intentions for the new classroom mode, and so on.

Second, grasp the communication between home and school and strive for support.

Running a school with the concept of common progress of all students, abandoning the misunderstanding of "elite teaching", paying special attention to the learning state of "students with learning difficulties", and making teaching plans around "students with learning difficulties" should also awaken their growth, care for their lives, soothe their hearts, establish their self-confidence, and cultivate all students into qualified talents with knowledge, character, learning, ability to do things and be human.

Status:

At present, some primary and secondary schools in China have implemented curriculum reform with various forms and contents, which is a useful exploration for building a new basic education curriculum system that meets the requirements of quality education.
