(a) to obtain a college degree in engineering cost (or higher vocational education) and have been engaged in engineering cost and project management business for 4 years;

(2) Obtained a bachelor's degree or degree in engineering management major of engineering cost and passed the professional evaluation (certification) of engineering education, and engaged in engineering cost and engineering management business for 3 years; Bachelor degree or degree in engineering, management or economics, and have been engaged in engineering cost and engineering management business for 4 years.
