1. First, in the kindle interface, click the icons of the three points in the upper right corner.

2. Then select "Settings" in the pop-up drop-down menu and click Enter.

3. Then go back to the home page and click the My Account option.

Then you can see that there is an email address at the bottom of the page. Remember this address.

5. Then log in to Amazon account on the computer.

6. After logging in, under My Account, click Manage My Content and Devices.

7. Then find the setting options inside, and click Enter.

8. Then click Add Approved Email on the page.

9. Then enter your usual email address below.

10, then you can use the email address filled in in the previous step to push the e-book by email, and the receiving address is the address recorded in the kindle.
