1. First, right-click the location of the pop-up window, select the first column right-click, click Properties, open the location of the file and delete the file.

2. Then go back to the location where you just found the pop-up file, delete the file, and set the folder to be readable to prevent it from being generated again.

3. Finally, select the folder where the pop-up window is located, right-click, select properties, set readable options, and click OK to delete it completely.
