How should readers outside Peking University Library handle documentary evidence? Or which library of other universities in Beijing is open to the public?
I am near Xueyuan Road. As far as I know, all the universities around are closed. It used to be temporary, but now it's closed. Students usually change to a one-card card, so people outside the school should not think about it.

But you can try to contact the school staff, or find information and post it online to see if there are any cards that the school staff are not using for the time being. You can buy it or rent it.

You can also get a student ID card, because in many places, you can enter with a student ID card even if you don't have a card, but you forget to borrow books, and this is not a long-term solution.

But if you are a college student around, you can use your student ID card and library card to set up an inter-school library card in your own school library, and then go to many university libraries.

It's troublesome, so don't go to the university library. If you want to borrow books, go to the national map. It's really not good to buy a book and read it yourself. If you want to teach yourself, you can also go to the classroom in the university or study at home.
