Some students don't respect the librarian. When the librarian tries to stop uncivilized behavior, he disobeys management and has a bad attitude. When dealing with defaced, missing pages and expired books, some readers don't cooperate with their work, only consider their own interests, and have conflicts, quarrels and even swear words with librarians.

In fact, the environment can induce people's thoughts and behaviors and make people receive subtle education. Educator Tao Xingzhi said: "A vibrant, stable, harmonious and healthy environment has a wide range of educational functions." The library should create a reading environment that embodies "people-oriented" and strive to create a warm, harmonious, quiet and elegant library environment. Such as quiet and bright reading room, fully functional retrieval equipment, neatly arranged bookshelves, clean and tidy tables and chairs, etc. The green plants in the corridors and corners, the vibrant bluegrass and green radish on the table all reflect the librarian's intentions; Statues in front of the library, calligraphy and paintings, poems, famous sayings and epigrams on the wall exude the cultural atmosphere of the scholarly campus everywhere, creating a unique outdoor reading area. The outdoor reading environment is fresh, the field of vision is wide, flowers and trees are lingering, people and nature are harmonious, and flowers are fragrant and scholarly, which is deeply loved by students. A fresh, lively, harmonious and elegant library environment can cultivate readers' sentiment, purify readers' hearts, reduce the occurrence of bad emotions and curb the emergence of uncivilized behaviors, thus realizing the coordinated and harmonious development among students, librarians and libraries.
