What's the point of drinking coffee?
The coffee in your cup has reached your hands through a series of historical, economic and social developments. This is an extraordinary global phenomenon. Tasting coffee is a very pleasant personal behavior. Some people feel coffee with the taste of their tongues, while others enjoy the mellow and delicious taste. In addition, it depends on our mood, physical condition, surrounding atmosphere and even weather environment when we drink coffee.

Specific steps

When a cup of coffee is served to you, don't drink it in a hurry. Just like tea or wine tasting, there must be a gradual process to achieve the purpose of relaxation, refreshing and enjoyment.

First of all, it is very important: you shouldn't be thirsty! We should drink a sip or two of water or lemonade to clean our mouth and make our taste pure. And start over.

The first step is to smell the fragrance and taste the aroma of coffee;

Step two, look at the color. Coffee is preferably dark brown and has a clear feeling, not dark and bottomless.

Step 3: Taste. Every cup of coffee you drink takes five years to blossom and bear fruit, and it goes through complicated procedures such as harvesting and baking one by one, plus careful preparation by the barista. Take a sip of black coffee first and feel the taste of original coffee. Coffee should be sweet, slightly bitter and slightly sour. Then sip coffee. Don't swallow coffee in one gulp. Put it in your mouth for a while, let the coffee and saliva mix with the air a little, and then swallow it.

Temperature. The best temperature for drinking coffee is 85-88 degrees Celsius. Because the texture of ordinary coffee is not stable, it is best to taste it while it is hot. Generally speaking, drinking coffee while it is hot is also a basic etiquette. If it is a cup of good quality coffee, the taste performance is the same as that when it is hot, or even better, but the aroma will be reduced after cooling.

Taste. The sugar content of coffee beans is about 5-8%, and most of them are converted into caramel after baking. Caramel is the source of fragrance and bitterness, and unconverted sugar remains a little sweet. Tannic acid will be released during baking, which will combine with caramel to produce a slightly bitter sweetness. The taste of good coffee generally includes bitter, sour, sweet, fragrant and mellow.

Proper amount. Drinking coffee is not like drinking or juice. A full cup of coffee loses interest in drinking. Generally, only seven or eight minutes is appropriate. Moderate coffee will not only stimulate the taste, but also will not feel greasy after drinking, but will have an endless aftertaste. At the same time, the right amount of coffee can moderately promote the body to relieve fatigue, restore the spirit, make the mood happy and refresh the mind.

Sometimes you have to drink three or four cups in a row. It must be a good coffee with moderate roasting. Coffee in northern Europe is generally moderately roasted, and northern Europeans like moderately roasted coffee. Royal Copenhagen is the representative and the best in coffee.

Coffee has a habit tolerance problem. Some people say that coffee can cause insomnia. Insomnia is a psychological problem and a problem of autonomic nerve regulation. Traditional Chinese medicine says that qi and blood are insufficient, and blood does not nourish the heart. It should be solved by psychological experts combined with physical therapy. Traditional Chinese medicine is more effective in this respect. Coffee has existed in the world for 1500 years. According to statistics, the population who drink coffee accounts for one third of the world population. Do so many people suffer from insomnia? The main function of coffee is to stimulate sympathetic nerve, make brain and muscle moderately excited, promote blood circulation and improve human function. Medically speaking, it is good excitement, not excessive excitement. This excitability only lasts 3-5 hours in the body.
