The provincial library is on the East Second Ring Road. If you want to find a map, look south at the intersection of Huayuan Road and East Second Ring Road, and you will see it, which is very close to Honglou Square.

If you are in the east campus, the most convenient way is to take bus No.44 to jiefang bridge (both in the north and south stations) and transfer to bus No.70. If you are in the west campus, it will be a bit troublesome. Take bus No.74 to No.14 Middle School Station, which is the location of Jingshi Road, and then find bus No.73 to quancheng square around here. Then walk along Luoyuan Street for a while to find Ginza Mall, and take bus No.70 there, which should be the most direct.
