1658, Comenius published The World Picture. Since then, this book has been a book of educational reform. It is the first picture book specially designed for children in the west.

This book contains 150 chapters, covering the images and names of all the basic things and daily activities in the world. God, nature, objects, human beings and cultural activities re-created different aspects of moral and social conditions in his time.

Comenius' View on Education

Education proposition: Influenced by Christianity, it is believed that people are created by God, so everyone's value is the same, so it is advocated that everyone has the right to education, regardless of poverty, class, gender, etc. Therefore, the school system of universal admission is designed; In addition, everything was created by the emperor, so everything has the value of learning.

3. Education method: natural teaching method (in line with children's natural development).

4. Academic system: According to the principle of students' natural development, a six-year academic system is formulated.
