1. Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC).

2. No compulsory measures have been taken by the relevant departments for violating the criminal law or they are serving their sentences.

3. Not suspended from taking the college entrance examination due to violation of the national education examination regulations, and in the suspension period.

4. Good health.

5. Have one of the following qualifications.

(1) College graduates in Shandong Province who have been recommended by colleges and universities.

(2) Graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in Shandong Province who have passed the comprehensive ability test of the corresponding majors independently organized by the enrollment colleges and obtained the qualification of self-recommendation.

(3) College graduates from ordinary colleges and universities in Shandong Province recognized by the relevant administrative departments at or above the provincial level.
