In addition, state-owned and private bookstores in Wuhan have closed down in recent years, and the so-called "book bars" mostly sell cakes and coffee under the banner of reading. People who really like reading are struggling to find a good place, and the library received many responses as soon as it opened. Scholars from all over the world have joined as members. Xinxing Publishing House, Shanghai Translation Publishing House, Yilin Publishing House, People's Literature Publishing House, Zhonghua Book Company, Nanjing University Publishing House, Central Compilation Publishing House, Jilin Publishing Group, CITIC Publishing House, New Classic Culture, Phoenix Ashe and other publishing institutions all promised to provide sample books to Venzel Library for a long time. In Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, where cultural industries are competing with each other, with the help of long-term cooperation in publishing and media organizations, he has gained a certain degree of understanding with several book collectors who are interested in opening libraries, and the initial goal of "opening libraries in five cities" is about to be realized.
At the beginning of 20 13, the private library of Venzel Book Club won the "China Independent Bookstore Innovation Award of 20 12" issued by China Independent Bookstore Forum. This award is a national award jointly sponsored by China Book Business Daily and Jincheng Publishing House. The private library of Venzel Book Club is the only institution that won the 20 12 annual innovation award, because it "created a brand-new independent bookstore operation mode".
