Quanzhou Preschool Teachers College is a normal college established by Quanzhou Municipal People's Government with the approval of the Ministry of Education and Fujian Provincial People's Government. Founded in 1890, its predecessor was Fujian Quanzhou Peiying Girls' School and Quanzhou Kindergarten Normal School.

At present, the school covers an area of 548 mu and has 1 experimental kindergartens, forming a school-running pattern of "one school, two districts and one park".
