Library science is a science that studies the occurrence, development, organization and management of libraries and the laws of library work. Its purpose is to summarize the practical experience of library work and library cause, establish a scientific theoretical system of library science, promote the development of library cause, and improve the position and role of library in the progress of human society.

Master's research interests: information resources organization and retrieval, digital library theory and practice, library modernization management, collection resources construction and management, and library information theory and method.
