5. Take care of books and periodicals and all public property. Please don't smear, tear up or hide books and periodicals.
Two, the development of library literature resources includes the following contents:
1. Check, register, classify, catalogue and process the documents that arrive at the library, and finally distribute them to each lending room for scientific shelving and reasonable circulation;
2. Search and filter the literature information resources outside the library, make it a virtual collection, and form a wider and faster information channel;
3. Digitize the collected documents by using the most modern means-computer network operation technology.

2. According to the collection scope of documents. Such as: comprehensive library, professional library, etc.

Public libraries should provide services to the public in accordance with the requirements of equality, openness and enjoyment.
Public libraries shall provide the following services to the public free of charge:
(a) the query and borrowing of literature information;
(two) the reading room, study room and other public space facilities are open;
(3) Public lectures, reading promotion, training and exhibitions;
(four) other free services as prescribed by the state.
