Whether it is the construction of the rule of law or the great development and prosperity of socialist culture, it is required to attach importance to and strengthen the construction of the rule of law culture. Legal publicity and education bears the important responsibility of popularizing legal knowledge, carrying forward the spirit of rule of law, cultivating the concept of rule of law and guiding the behavior of rule of law. It is an important link in the construction of the rule of law and plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the process of governing the country according to law, building a harmonious society and building a culture of the rule of law. The construction of rule of law culture is guided by advanced rule of law theory, based on advanced rule of law system, with advanced rule of law thought as the core and advanced rule of law cultural activities as the carrier, to create a social and cultural environment with supremacy of law, fairness and justice, power restriction, honesty and law-abiding. This will further optimize the political, economic and social development environment, promote the development of advanced productive forces and promote the development of advanced socialist culture.
