Album design is divided into cover design and inner page design. The cover is generally atmospheric and makes people shine. You should have the urge to read the inside pages as soon as you see them. The inner page should be hierarchical, inductive and classified, generally containing information such as unit introduction, products, culture, qualification, honor, team, etc.
When designing a typesetting album, the layout should be designed according to the requirements of printing layout. For example, if you want to print an album, you need to pay attention to the size of the folio, the form of typesetting (horizontal or vertical), the font size of the text, the number of lines per page and the number of words per line, the spacing between words, the number of columns and the number of words per column, the spacing between columns, the placement of page numbers and pages, the position and size of headers and footers, etc.
Matters needing attention in printing
1, bleeding line. The text and other contents on the printed page of the photo album need to stay away from the knife edge. 3mm to avoid being cut when cutting.
2. Turn the song. For works designed by CoreIDRAW and other software, the characters must have curves or outlines, otherwise the fonts will be missing. After the text is converted into a curve, please pay attention to whether there is any confusion between words or lines. Try not to use system words, if you do, there will be white nodes at the intersection of strokes. If there are white dots at the intersection of strokes, you can use the breakup instruction to deal with them. Do not use overprint to fill black text.
3, printing color difference. In color printing, the printing color cannot be required by the color printed on the screen or printer, and the customer must refer to the percentage of CMYK chromatogram to determine the filling color when making. At the same time, it should be noted that the CMYK chromatograms produced by different manufacturers are affected by factors such as paper used, ink type and printing pressure, and the same color block will be different. When the same document is printed at different times, the color will be different. It is normal that the color difference in the printing industry is within 10% (due to different ink control each time).
4, color block use. In color printing, please try to avoid using dark color or the combination of full-page colors in the color matching of color blocks, otherwise it is easy to produce reverse printing after cutting. Don't cover it with white color blocks, so as not to cause trouble when closing the plate.
5. Print the background color. The color of the printed shading or base map of the album shall not be less than 10%, so as to avoid that the finished product cannot be presented when printed.
6. Document format. Chinese version of CoreIDRAW9.0 is used to design and make documents. Due to the need of version compilation, all files designed with MAC will be converted into PC format.
7, wireframe thickness. The border thickness of all input or self-drawn graphics printed in the album shall not be less than 0. 1mm, otherwise the printed matter will be damaged or unable to be presented. In addition, the wireframe cannot be set to "scale with image", otherwise irregular lines will be formed when printing.
8, the box is cut accurately. When an object with gray scale is placed in a drawing frame for precise clipping, it should be converted into a bitmap (the method is the same as point 6), because the placed drawing frame rotates after the gray scale of other object groups, and the direction of gray scale will not rotate together. In addition, the Edge Width cannot be set for any gradient object, because different interpretations of the output machine sometimes lead to insufficient color filling of the gradient edge.
9. Don't leave the tangent. After the manuscript is finished, there is no need to draw cross lines and secant lines. Two invisible wireframes can be used as the production size and bleeding line, 92x56mm, and 90x54mm after cutting (that is, each side is reserved for 1mm bleeding). If you need special size, please indicate it in the order and upload file.
10, the picture is too big to process. Pay special attention to any pictures, color blocks or lines that exceed the production size, and put them in the picture frame. 1, the correct size is: 2 16*29 1mm (because our printed product size is: 210 * 285 mm);

3. The saved format is PSD (and the song needs to be changed). 1. Add 6mm horizontally and 6mm vertically. Note that the unit is millimeters, not pixels.
