Report the loss of all library cards or make an automatic voice call.

If you lose your library card, please report it to the library registration office. Please show your valid personal certificate (student ID/work permit/ID card) when reporting the loss. Books that have been lent out before the loss is reported shall be returned or compensated by the readers themselves.

If you find a library card within 7 days, you can cancel it. If it is not found, you can apply for a replacement.

A week after reporting the loss of the card, the reader can apply for a new card at the registration office and use it immediately. When applying, you need to show your valid personal certificate, and pay a one-inch color or black-and-white recent photo and the replacement fee. The specific criteria are: first replacement: 10 yuan; Second Deputy Certificate: 20 yuan; Third supplementary certificate: 30 yuan; Old card for new card, 5 yuan.
