4. Work certificate (parents must be employed in Fengtai);

After three college entrance examinations, these seven certificates finally passed the acceptance. Today, it's time to pay the loan fee. The parents of the students came to the school gate at eight o'clock in the morning, and the teacher took the list. When the teacher read out their children's names, I was very pleased, and I was also very pleased that the children could finally go to the first grade in Beijing. I think this is the voice of all parents in the same situation as us!
The teacher handed a small note from the gap in the school gate, demanding that 6000 yuan be credited to the account written on the note. The content written on the note is:
Source of funds: donations
Payee: Beijing Fengtai District Education Commission.
Account number: 01090341400120105170498.
Bank of deposit: Bank of Beijing Fengtai Sub-branch
Write in the upper right corner of the receipt: 3034.
When I saw the words "source of money: donation", my first reaction was that the loan fee we paid for our children was replaced by the nice name "donation". Is this a hidden rule in education? The state once explicitly prohibited schools from charging foreign students borrowing fees in various names, but today I personally experienced such a fact. I discussed with several parents to see if we can pay for it. Some parents said that they could sue and report the school, but others said that if they made trouble for this 6,000 yuan, would it affect their children? The school finally let us go to the first grade here. Isn't it 6000 yuan? Pay for it.
The most exasperating thing is that when we asked the director of the school guidance office, "Can you not hand it in?" The director's answer is quite standard. She said you can pay or not. The school stipulates that you can pay 6000 yuan and you can pay 3000 yuan. If the family has the conditions, you can pay 10 thousand yuan, or you can pay nothing. This is voluntary.
In the end, the hard-earned money of parents is not only "donated" but also "voluntary"! If you really don't pay, will the school "treat children differently" or enjoy "special treatment"? No parent can risk their children's future! So, pay it anyway! It is precisely because the school has found out the parents' psychology that they can do whatever they want!
