First, we need to check whether there are open software and programs under our taskbar. Close these open programs and software one by one. If it can't be turned off after shutdown, it may be that some software hidden in the background is still running.
End process
Click the shortcut key to end the process-CTRL+ALT+DELETE, which together means to end the process. After pressing these three keys at the same time, we will see the window where the computer ends the process and enter the program to see what software is still running on our computer. Turn it all off.
Log off and turn it off.
Find the start menu, click on the start menu, and we will see the prompt key of shutdown. Click the Shut Down button, and then sign out. After logging out, click Shut Down again to shut down.
Cancel automatic restart
Right-click Computer and select Properties. Click Advanced System Settings, and then click Settings. Uncheck Automatic Restart, and then click OK.
Uncheck the Enabled box.
Open the start menu, type "gpedie.msc" and press enter. In the page that opens, select Computer Configuration, and then click Manage Templates. Click "System" and click "Shutdown Option". In the pop-up page, uncheck Enabled and select Not Configured.
